This year we tried the Sunnyside 21st Annual Lighted Farm Implement Parade.
Let me tell you- it was a winner and we will be doing it every year now!!
Besides being cold, very cold-
Having to find parking spot
and protect our view-
of course.
Mom packed us "ski" food which was a huge hit. "Ski" food is what you'd take up you to eat during a day of skiing.
Gavinn preferred to just munch on marshmellows.
While his mother preferred sitting in Grandma & Papa's nice warm car.
After about an hour 1/2 wait -
(and a potty break for this pregnant mother)
the parade came to our spot
We piled out of the car and wrapped up in blankets.
Some of these tractors were amazing! Lots of time and effort went into them. We were very impressed to say the least.
The "Coca-Cola" truck was our absolute favorite,
as always the picture just doesn't do it justice!
What a great way to kick off the holiday season!
Happy December y'alls!

This looks fun! Maybe we will have to make the trip next year :)Is it a one night event or do they do it more than one night.
What is up with Blaine's face!
I must admit the last pic scared me a bit. :) That looks like a lot of fun. Don't you love this time of year?!
